Fundamental ideas of business advertising principles and practices, omnichannel marketing communication development, and the effectiveness and potentials of advertising in a globally networked society. Among the most important subjects to be covered in the classroom are how to choose advertising media, the functions of mass media in informing target consumers about products, how to promote brands, and how to build long-lasting businesses. Also, students will learn to examine the function of promotion in marketing and talk about numerous real-world advertising and promotion tactics used by businesses to obtain a competitive edge.

Course description:
An overview of research methods, their types, and their significance and importance in the academic and business fields. The student will be able to design scientific research, identify the difference between qualitative and quantitative research, and review the literature. Formulating research questions and hypotheses, sampling, and how to select appropriate sampling and scale for research are some key topics to be discussed. In addition, students will learn to test hypotheses and analyze data using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, PLS, ANOVA, etc.). Furthermore, students will learn to use referencing (e.g., APA) and reference software (e.g., Endnote, Mendeley, etc.). By the end of the course, students will be able to recognize research gaps, choose appropriate research, and write a research paper for academic and business purposes.

Course description:
Theories and approaches of conflict, as well as various conflict types, including interpersonal, intrapersonal, and intergroup conflicts; negotiation theories, processes, strategies, and techniques. In addition, topics like language barriers in conflict and negotiation as well as conflict resolution and international and cross-cultural negotiation are taught. By the end of the course, students will be able to apply a variety of negotiation techniques for conflict resolution and organizational decision-making.
